Version 2 Sample Run - DataBase Option

Version 2 incorporates the DataBase option which has been selected above. For users with manual machine peen forming operations, saved data files represent the skill and experience from previous runs. The DataBase option extrapolates Almen intensities from data files therefore compensating for out-of-flat conditions in a manner similar to those in past. If only acceptable previous runs are selected for this option then those that follow are also acceptable.

CurveFit is the only option available in Version 1. It is retained in Version 2 for users that desire to develop peen forming parameters from experimental and statistical models. It also maintains compatibility with     Version 1.
