Almen Saturation Curve Calculator 4.0 models the true shape of Almen curves. Calculated saturation points and intensities are accurate and reliable.
You have the opportunity to evaluate the software to determine if it meets your requirements.
Submit a data set consisting of a minimum of four points and a maximum of 20. Exposure (cycle) times may be at random increments, but regular intervals are preferable.
You will receive a full-color graph showing the calculated saturation point (exposure time and intensity), which you can verify and validate with results using your current methods.
Please specify:
1. Cycle (exposure) time: for example; seconds, rpm, feet/min, passes, etc.
2. Arc heights: for example; inch as 0.0055 or inchx000 as 5.5
3. Almen Strip: A, N, or C
Below is the format for submission.
1. Cycle times - passes - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
2. Arc heights - inchx000 - 4.3, 6.9, 7.3, 7.8, 7.8, 8.7, 9.
